I wouldn't regard this yet as a beta-test 'permission'. The
SQL-Database stuff is still in development and actually in the middle
of something (and won't work right now) and we haven't done cleaning
up details of other features. The thumbnail pre-heating was some
experimental stuff from yesterday evening so I guess the primary
audience for testing this would be still someone not afraid of loosing
data.

Having said that, we're of course welcoming constructive feedback on
the current SVN (alpha-)version :-)
