Move it either with middle mouse button or with ctrl+left button.

See http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=110974 -- I agree it'd be really
cool, but as no active contributor has a camera that adds such info, we
aren't motivated enough to add support for this. That said, if someone
submits sample images *and* a patch, we'll try to support it.
