[KPhotoAlbum] 3.1.0-rc2 released

Hi all,
thanks to Martin Jost and other people sending bugreports, RC1
apparently is not enough. So now, 44 commits later, the RC2 comes.

The snapshot (r726782) is available at [1]. We would appreciate if you
can give it a try and test it.

Changes from RC1:

* Fixed extension for files generated from HTML export
* Fixed some segfaults
* Better robustness of IPTC import
* Import from KIM: interactivity improvements, robustness, better
mapping of tags
* Sane defaults for IPTC import
* Create MD5sum of imported (KIM) images
* Miscellaneous bugfixes
* SQLDB improvements
* Try to minimize chaotic focusing when invoking some dialog windows
* If you use the exiv2 library, you must use 0.15 or higher
* Built-in copy of KEXI removed
* Loading full-sized image is no longer delayed by thumbnail decoding
* New box asking users to configure metadata synchronization in case
they haven't already done so

Because making an RC2 just with bug fixes would be boring and would also
lower the risk of introducing new and interesting bugs, here are new
features that somehow managed to skim into RC2:

* New "refresh" button that recalculates visible thumbnails by re-doing
the search
* All Qt3-supported encodings are now supported for metadata reading/writing
