[KPhotoAlbum] crash when calling external tools

In my first mail in this thread, I've attached a patch that you're
supposed to apply to your SVN checkout or a release tarball. As the
kdDebug() function that I added in that patch apparently doesn't do
anything on your system, I've modified the patch to use kdError() instead.

So, please apply this new attached patch to a fresh SVN checkout or
newly unpacked release tarball, recompile and report back what id prints.
