[KPhotoAlbum] thumbnail build doesn't notice disk full

Wrong answer :-)

There are lots of reasons a write can fail - so you should notice the
failure and *stop trying*.  The bug is that it kept spinning on my
12,000 thumbnails without any indication (until I went and looked
elsewhere) that it was failing to make progress...

(And in fact, I *didn't* have any other problems, my photogallery
isn't on the same partition as my operating system, after all - it
really was the only thing writing there.)

I haven't looked at the code but I'm guessing it's an artifact of the
thumbnails being treated as a cache that doesn't *need* to work - but
maintenance->build is an explicit request and shouldn't go that
direction...
