Mine, neither, and I decided that it was sufficiently unlikely to be a problem 
that I'd ignore it.  It might be a bigger problem if KPA were an e-mail 
applicattion.

That was just an anti-looping provision.  The maildrop filter only forwards 
messages that contain this header, and the sed script removes the header.  
This was an issue before Jesper created the bugs list.  Now, kpabugs forwards 
to the bugs list, and is not subscribed to the bugs list, so it's not 
relevant.

I should probably unsubscribe kpabugs from the discussion list and remove that 
line from the sed script.
