That sounds like the best solution.  KPA bugs are assigned by default to 
kpabugs at willden.org.  Whenever anyone reassigns a bug, they should add 
kpabugs at willden.org to the CC list.  I'll change kpabugs so it doesn't watch 
Jesper's e-mail.

BTW, any comments about how the bugs reports come through?  Should any 
additional munging be done, like a Reply-To header?  I use a small sed script 
to fiddle with the e-mail headers, so any reasonably-simple modifications can 
be performed.  The current script is:

/^X-Bugzilla-URL: http:\/\/bugs\.kde\.org/d
s/^From: .*$/From: kpabugs at willden.org/
s/^To: kpabugs at willden.org.*$/To: kphotoalbum at kdab.net/

Note that although this sets the "To" header to point at the regular 
discussion list, the mail is actually sent to the bugs list.  That was a 
mistake, but since it causes "reply all" to go back to the discussion list it 
seemed useful.
