[KPhotoAlbum] Bug e-mails

I've created a new mailing list kphotoalbum-bugs at kdab.com.

Shawn, could you please point to that one instead, to avoid lots of emails 
here. (I've put the address in default accept filter, so no need to subscribe 
the address)

The rest of you, please subscribe to that list if you are interested in:
- fixing bugs
- monitoring progress 
- discussing bugs
-  just want a lot of mails to show your sysadm that you are important.
