[KPhotoAlbum] Automatically sending Bugzilla mails to the list

OK for me. This way we won't miss bugs that are submitted out of the list. I
saw that Shawn, Jan and Tuomas crawled the bug reports yesterday to see if
they were still alive. Thanks.
