[KPhotoAlbum] [PATCH] thumbnail aspect ratio & customizable grid

Looks great indeed. Committed.

I fixed three things:
1) I made it possible to change the spacing between cells to 0. It looks odd, 
but people might what that.
2) I made 4x3 the default as someone (maybe you) suggested, that does indeed 
look best
3) I changed the name of the settings group to be thumbnails, that way it goes 
in the same group as the rest of the settings.
