[KPhotoAlbum] handling of ampersand (&) in tag values and file names

Hi,
one can't go to a directory whose name contains an ampersand ("&"). Same
happens if you rename existing tag value to anything having that
character inside -- if you rename "Jesper" in the demo DB to "Jesper &
foo", you can't navigate to him through the "People" category.
