Where's this patch? I can't find it in the discussion. At least, if I had
found it, I wouln't have spent time on adding Alt in the process since it
wouldn't have broken the Ctrl behaviour? :-).

If you prefer Shift instead of Alt, I guess I can do it :D.

I created a bug report on the tracker for this subject and attached the
patch for Ctrl/Alt: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=145207
we'll replace it with Shift if you think it's better for you.
