[KPhotoAlbum] Patches follow-up

Hi all, hi committers,

It seems like the page

already not up-to-date :-).
I seem to remember that for instance the "Improve speed for big thumbnail
views" of Henner has already been committed, same for "No meaningless
Megapixel number".

Am I right, if so. Could you update the wiki page? I could have done it
myself, but I don't want to miss something since I wasn't the one involved
into this patch review/integration.
