Ubuntu bug tracker says _Debian_ KDE Extras Team[1]. :) Both kimdaba
(hoary-feisty) and kphotoalbum (edgy-feisty) are universe-packages
(and thus no support and security fixes by Ubuntu) and that afaik
means the Ubuntu-people actually do not touch the package at all.
They just take Debian-package and compile it.
