[KPhotoAlbum] Subcategory issue

In category view, it's not possible to collapse top level categories
(as a tree view), but it's possible to collapse subcategories that
have their own subcategories.

For example, I have the following structure:

Alaska
	Alaska Export
		Alaska export 1
		Alaska export 2
	Jeff King's dog ranch
	Icebergs

I can collapse the Alaska Export subcategory (hiding Alaska export 1
and Alaska export 2), but not the top level Alaska category.  It would
be very useful to be able to do that.
