[KPhotoAlbum] [PATCH] Enable panning in image viewer with left mouse button & Ctrl

Hi,
my touchpad has only two buttons and the middle button of my trackpoint
is set up in such a way that a short press generates "middle click"
while holding it enables wheel emulation. This means that I can't pan
zommed image

The following patch makes it possible with left mouse button when the
Ctrl key is hold.
