[KPhotoAlbum] Proposal for shared ownership of KPA.

Hi

I am happy that a new team is around KphotoAlbum.

I developp a patch

It depends on libkexiv from Gilles Caulier.

The user has to choose the mapping between the xml image attributes.
Alone I map the date with DateCreated and TimeCreated.

I would like to know if you would like to integrate it or if you want modification on the patch from my side.

Oops.. forgot to inform the list. It's already done. :)

I also created a branch for 3.0.x and if Jesper and others agree, it 
would be nice to have 3.0.1 soon. There is already couple bug fixes in 
that branch.

What do you think?
