[KPhotoAlbum] adding tags to already tagged images.

Hi,

let me start by saying that kphotoalbum is one of the best programs I
have ever used.

Here is the situation I have:

There is a set of images, in which persons A,B and C show up in
various combinations.
For example:
Image   Persons
1            A,B
2            A
3            A,C,B
4             B,C
5             A,C

Initially, I had thought that I could select images 1,2,3
and 5, and add "A"
Then I would select images 1,3,4 and add "B"
Finally on images 3,4 and 5 I would add "C".

It does not seem to work like this though. After tagging  with "A",
when I select 1,3,
4 in order to apply "B", image 4 also  gets person "A" along with "B".

 I end up having to do as many image selections as there are  combinations of
people.
On a large number of pictures with several combinations of persons,  that is
very time-consuming.

Is there a way to add the person tags (or other keywords for that matter), using
as many selections as the persons in question?
