[KPhotoAlbum] issues with HTML Export plugin

I am trying to use the 'Plugins --> Export --> HTML' plugin.  Couple of 
issues

- it doesn't rotate images (thumbnails & main images) automatically 
using EXIF
- doesn't display HTML snippets within descriptions
- only allow 'Description' tag, not 'Persons' ,  'Keywords'  , 
'Locations' tags

The default HTML export (File --> generate HTML) does all of them 
correctly.  But I prefer the output of plugin version.

So the question is, is the html export plugin, part of Kphotoalbum or KIPI.

(I have exif and libkipi 0.1.4)
