[KPhotoAlbum] About plugins support

The last one,

Nowadays, all plugins are enabled by default on KPA and fully available for 
unaware first time users. That could make them think that plugins are 
supported and tested by KPA developers and users when they really are not.

So, I think it might be a good idea to provide KPA with all plugins disabled 
by default.

This way, a positive action by the user is needed to have any of them 
available.

Of course, this could bother users that already knows what they are doing or 
do not care to take the risk. But enable plugins is not such a hard work 
after all...
