[KPhotoAlbum] Usability Patch: indicate infobox movement opportunity on mouse press

Hi,
Until recently, I didn't know that it is possible to move the InfoBox
in the Viewer (until I read the source). So it would be good if there
was some indication for users that this is possible. Simple and
effective is if the cursor changes accordingly on mouse down.
