[KPhotoAlbum] Enhancement in ui behaviour proposition

Hi Jesper, Hi all,

When selecting "Maintenance/Display images not on disk", wouldn't it be
better that KPA popus "All images were found" instead of showing an empty
thumbnail window with "Showing 0 images" at the bottom ?
