[KPhotoAlbum] Thumbnail window remains scrolled down sometimes.

I've noticed that recently (not sure when this started happening) if I'm scrolled down
and I switch to another subject, the thumbnail list remains scrolled down.  Changing
subjects, new searches, changing timeline constraints, etc, it still remains scrolled
down.

I'm thinking it used to (and should) be scrolled all the way to the top when changing
views/etc.

Compiled SVN from tonight (moments before the snapshot announced a few minutes ago, so
most likely the same exact code..)
