ah, I use "folders" as a low-rent date-restriction (ie. one I can
manipulate from the keyboard) - simply by having pictures in 2005/ and
2006/, it's easy to combine that with keyword/location/person searches
to get the "newer" stuff.  Though having an explicit "recent" would be
kind of interesting...
