[KPhotoAlbum] Installing exiv2 before KPhotoAlbum

First of all, you need to get rid of those ">/dev/null 2>&1". If you throw 
away the error messages you can't find out what's going wrong.

Have you tried to download the latest exiv2 source (exiv2-0.10)? You can find 
it on the exiv2 site[1].
