I have translated the index.html page of kphotoalbum. It's here :

My goal is to create a french access to the website and the good place 
may be somewhere on the official site. Because this page is yours, if 
you don't like the idea, I'll destroy it immediately. I can create a 
French absolutely different (ie not a copy) version.

I'm also ok to translate others parts of the site.

PS. the paypal button doesn't work on your official page.
