[KPhotoAlbum] Mapping thumbnails to images

How does one determine which thumbnail (in the .thumbnails directory)
matches a given image?  I have one particular image (attached,
although it may not help) that is displayed with a completely
incorrect thumbnail that I'd like to find the thumbnail filename for.
