[KPhotoAlbum] category editor in annotation dialog

Hi Jesper,

I'm playing around with the category editor in the annotation dialog at 
the moment.

1.) When I change the super category of an item in the alphabetical 
list, the changes should become visible immediately. Otherwise I have to 
click on the "usage" button, and then on the "alphabetical", to refresh 
the tree.

2.) How can I move an existing category to a leaf category? E.g.

cat1
   cat2
cat3

  ->

cat1
   cat2
     cat3

(lots of images asigned to cat3 in lots of hours, don't wanna delete and 
recreate it)

Workaround I used for that: Create a new category "dummy" under cat2, 
move cat3 under cat2 and delete dummy.

3.) One category can be a subcategory of 2 or more supercategories. Is 
that intended?

cat1
   cat3
cat2
   cat3

To reproduce just create 3 categories.
Rightclick cat3 -> Super Categories -> cat1
Rightclick cat3 -> Super Categories -> cat2
