[KimDaBa] canot "order by date" the photos...

Hi,

this is my first post to the mailing list and I'm using french version (2.1).

I did make a new collection.
When all my hpotos are displayed, I can't to order by date the photographs 
because the option is greyed in the menu "images" (pictures in english?)

I successively  runned the 4 options of "display with incomplete dates". No 
one of the 4 options shows photos so I hope all photos have a date asociated 
to them.

I still cannot run the order by date option.

Is it normal?
What did I miss?
