It´s part of the tiff library (on my computer, libtiff3-devel)
I have another trick to help you : if your distro has already packaged
an earlier (ie : before KIPI) version of the plugins of digikam,
install it. It will resolve most dependancies (ImageMagick,... ) for
you.
