| Hello,

| as you know, the point of Kimdaba is that a folder hierarchy is too
| rigid and doesn't provide enough info to find easily your pictures

| Kimdaba solves this problem by allowing to set whatever property you
| want on each picture.

| But I think that many people like me do keep a certain structure in
| the folder hierarchy.
| For me, it's as simple as <date>_little_comment :
|
| /autre/Photos

| So, even if the folder hierarchy is too rigid, that is still an
| interesting way to filter your pictures.
|
| My basic idea is to simply add a << Property >> named << Folder >>,
| just like Persons, Locations and Keywords, but which will be set
| automatically for you[1].
|
| I've done that manually for the demo.

|
| Use it like that :
|
| $ tar xvf kimdaba_with_folder_demo.tar
| $ kimdaba -c kimdaba-demo-jmfayard/index.xml
|
| Comment and flames welcome !
To be honst, I'm not too happy about it, simply because with deep structures
you will see lots of items in the listbox.

What we really need instead is a real integrated browser, which will indeed
not be trivial to implement.
This is still on my TODO list, so dont despair.
