It depend : in a recent[1] version of KimDaBa, there are two HTML generation :

File > Generate HTML
you can : in the dialog window, you have checkboxes :
   ``What to include ?" (Locations , Persons, Keywords, Description)
As an example, here [2] I included "Locations" and "Descriptions"

File > HTML Export... or in File > Archive to CD...
here you can't, because thoses are KIPI plugins, and there is
currently no way to retrieve that information from a KIPI plugin.
