Bug ID: 300835
Severity: major
Version: unspecified
Priority: NOR
Assignee: korganizer-devel at kde.org
Summary: Korganizer fails to store new events in calendar:
(Personal) calendar not loaded
Classification: Unclassified
OS: Linux
Reporter: lightningstrike35 at live.nl
Hardware: Other
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Component: general
Product: korganizer
Using KDE 4.8.3 / Korganizer: Attempted to set up my calendar and events for
the next month on the new version of Korganizer, nothing stored when I added my
changes - Instead I was presented with a message at the bottom of the screen
informing me that my "Personal calendar (was) not loaded".
I have been using Korganizer for a very long time and have not previously
experienced this issue. Any help you could provide would be greatly
appreciated.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Korganizer, and select a time slot you wish to fill
2. Right click and select "New Event", enter the details into the form which
appears
3. Save your changes, and look for the Error message on the bottom of your
screen
Actual Results:
Received the error message: "Personal calendar not loaded", nothing was saved.
Expected Results:
Entry should have been submitted to the calendar, allowing me to continue to
fill in the remainder of my next 4 weeks schedule.
