Start and End date are not updated if they are only modified alone.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an Event
2. Edit the event and set a start / end time
3. Click Ok
4. Edit the event again
5. Modify either the start or end time
6. The Apply button is not enabled
7. If you click OK the event is NOT updated.
Actual Results:  
Start / End time is not updated

Expected Results:  
Start and end date should be updated with the new values.
