Detected by using zanshing (git) and trying to setup an alarm, no event or todo
is being reminded by the daemon.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Event using Korganize and set the reminder for today, 1min ahead
2.Wait
3.nothing visible happens.
