I can reproduce this on Korganizer 4.7.2 (Kubuntu 11.10), even without the
complicated time-zone actions of the initial poster.

At the boundary between daylight saving time and standard time recurring
entries in the calendar view are shifted by one hour and also reminders are one
hour too late or too early (depending on the direction of the shift). But if I
hover with the mouse over the calendar entry, the tooltip shows the correct
time.

Maybe I should also mention, that the events are provided by a kolab resource.
