Version:           4.6 beta4 (using KDE 4.6.2)

(I'm actually using Kontact 4.5.95, which I think is 4.6 beta5, but I didn't
see that listed in the "Application Version" pulldown menu.)

The summary basically says it. I'm using Ubuntu's
akonadi-kde-resource-googledata package version 1.2.0-0ubuntu2 to provide the
akonadi resource. In Kontact's Calendar section I see the one time events, but
none of the recurring events.

This may be related to Bug 260799.
