In side by side view, Kontact attempts to display all calendars, including the
ones that are currently not selected for display.

This is confirmed with "Show one calendar per agenda column" option selected on
Fedora FC 15, Red Hat KDE unstable repo, KDE PIM 4.6.0 release.
