"DAV groupware resource" works perfectly with Google Calendar but it is tricky
to set-up since Google, nor an "Others" option, is present on the set-up
window. 

To configure it I had to look at

P.S. Before using "DAV groupware resource" I was using akonadi-googledata-1.2.0
with libgcal-0.9.6 which did not work properly as shown in
http://code.google.com/p/libgcal/issues/detail?id=74
