Tried the same steps** with KOrganizer 4.4.10, it cycles 0..24 0..24 for the
same day with grey text in side timeline after the first 0..24 in black text.
This is Instead of just increasing 0..24..whatever all in black(what I think
happened before), which is definitely an improvement, but this bug is
technically still there, but even less of a problem than it was.

If you have a large KOrganizer window open and change the Hour size* from a
large number (like 30) click apply, to a small number (like 4) click apply, and
then reduce KOrganizer's window size, the number of hours per day will
increase, although you must scroll down to see them.

*KOrganizer->Settings->Configure KOrganizer->Views->Agenda View->Hour size
