I'd like to be able to print a monthview calendar that shows both start and end
times for events. Instead I was forced to put end times in to the description.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Make calendar events with start and end times.
Try to print monthview showing both start and end times.


Actual Results:  
Only start time is visible

Expected Results:  
Option to have both start and end time visible

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.35-24-generic
