Version:           4.7 (using KDE 4.7.3)

After upgrading from previous version, updating an template - problems.

It appears that program is saving Todo template in the events folder.

Then it cant find the new template.

If create a new template, saves ok, then cant find it for applying to a new
todo.  It has been stored in templates/Event/...

Question - why does rc file have list of templates, independent of whats in the
folders?  Scan on startup sounds better. Can get out of sync easily.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
create new todo template.  Create new todo then try to apply template.  



Actual Results:  
Cant apply template.

Expected Results:  
....

All was working in all previous versions.
