Version:           4.7 (using KDE 4.7.3)

There is no ability to set manually (= correct) the date/time of completion of
todo in todo-edit window.
So the time of completion of todo is always the time when you set the todo as
completed. This is wrong way. What about situations when you need to add or
edit a past todo?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start editing the todo you like.
2. Try to find anything that help you to set the date/time of completion.
3. Nothing.


Expected Results:  
There is must be "Completion time" option as it was before.
