I am using Owncloud 2.0.1 with cherry-picked commit

I am not sure what counts as wizard and what as manually, so I will describe
what I did here:
>From within korganizer I clicked right on the calendar list (on the lower left
edge in my case), then chose "Add Calendar", "DAV groupware resource", entered
username and password, "Configure the resource manually" and then added the
resource in the dialog.
