Example icalendar file showing the bug

Add the following ics file as a calendar resource to Kontact.
Switch to day view, set locale to germany.
During summer time (e.g. in june), event is displayed at the right position in
day view (at 7.30 am), during winter time (e.g. in december), the event is
displayed at 6.30 am, which is wrong.
