Version:           4.4.11 (using KDE 4.6.5) 
OS:                Linux

Korganizer doesn't reload any remote calendars neither automatically nor
manually. After removing and re-adding the calendar, it works.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
None. This just happens. Remote calendars break after a while, re-adding them
makes the problem go away.

Actual Results:  
Analyzing the network traffic, it's clear that this is not a server side error.
Korganizer didn't even try to reload the calendars when the issue shows up.

Expected Results:  
Remote calendars should be attempted to reload. Removing a re-adding the
calendar is not a solution, not even a workaround. It's annoying.
