Version:           4.7 (using KDE 4.7.0) 
OS:                Linux

When started on its own KTimeTracker allows for changing its settings via the
appropriate menu. However when opened via Kontact no menu exists that allows to
see/change KTimeTrackers settings.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Start KTimeTracker in Kontact.

Actual Results:  
Settings not viewable/configurable.

Expected Results:  
Settings should be viewable/configurable.
