[Korganizer-devel] korganizer should be more configurable

Hello devlopers,

it should be configurable:

1. what korganizer considers to be inactive todos.
   (We need todos without start date to be defined as inactive.)

2. what template is used by default for new tasks.
   (we rarely use due date, so it should not be set by default)
