Summary: When "moving" event from calendar1 to calendar2, error
message says "can't delete event in calendar1".
Product: korganizer
Version: 0.9
Platform: Unlisted Binaries
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: minor
Priority: NOR
Component: incidence editors
AssignedTo: korganizer-devel at kde.org
ReportedBy: derdominique at habmalnefrage.de
Version: 0.9 (using KDE 4.6.2)
OS: Linux
I have multiple calendars. Local .ics files as well as remote .ics files via
webdav.
When trying to "move" (via context menu) an event from one calendar ("cal1") to
another (cal2) I get an error message and the event is copied instead.
The error message reads as follows:
"Das Ereignis „test“ kann nicht von calendar1 entfernt werden. Jedoch wurde
eine Kopie in calendar2 abgelegt."
(translates to something like: "The event "test" could not be deleted from
calendar1. Anyway a copy was stored in calendar2.")
Deleting the event from calendar1 afterwards works without problems (after
confirming the deletion in a dialog box).
It does not seem to matter if I move between local or remote calendars or
mixed. It's always the same behaviour.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create two calendars "cal1" and "cal2". Can be local or remote.
2) Create an event in cal1.
3) Right click the event in any view (week, month, time line or list view) and
select "move to calendar / cal2"
Actual Results:
1) I get an error message saying that the event could not be deleted from cal1.
2) The event is copied to cal2.
Expected Results:
The event is moved to cal2 without an error message.
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.35-28-generic
Compiler: cc
