When KOrganizer creates a new appointment based on an existing task, relevant
task properties should be copied to the new appointment.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
Tell KOrganizer to create a task named A.

2.
Tell KOrganizer to create an appointment based on task A.

Actual Results:  
2.
An unnamed empty appointment, only the task deadline is copied.

Expected Results:  
2. 
The new appointment should copy all relevant data from task A, including the
name, location and interested parties.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.34.7-0.3-desktop
